The guest house has a stunning garden with a total of nine acres and an abundance of local wildlife to enjoy. Carnach House is in the ideal location for keen golfers as the Guest House is close to many exceptional golf courses including Castle Stuart Golf Links and Nairn Golf Club, which are only minutes away.

The Guest house is only a short walk away from Nairn where there are many wonderful restaurants, spa’s and other amenities. This would be perfect for spending the day in Nairn or for taking a walk into the town for dinner followed by easily catching a taxi back to Carnach House. This route will take you through the beautiful woodlands.

The beginning and end point of the popular North Coast 500 route is just a short distance away from the guest house, making Carnach House an excellent place to stay if this is the reason for your visit.

Superb, you won’t be disappointed

Thought this would be a standard B&B but it is far from that.  A massive house with very large rooms all superbly decorated and with great taste. We had the four poster room which was very large and an equally generous sized bathroom. Hosts Ian and Hilary were extremely welcoming and great company. Large gardens full of red squirrels. Had ten day road trip in Scotland with ten different hotels/B&B’s but this was the best. Great selection of restaurants just 2 miles away in Nairn and ten minutes drive from Inverness airport.

Exceptional

Had the perfect stay at Carnach House. Room and bathroom were beautiful. House is stunning, grounds amazing – squirrels were an added bonus,  hosts were exceptional. Have absolutely nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. You will not be disappointed.
